Hello guys, sorry for not being able to update as much as I did promised. Well there was some kind of happenings happening in my family therefore there are some changes in my own schedule. 

I'm currently working in my mum's shop which is located at Toa Payoh (Find us on facebook and Instagram! "nineteen niche") Which also means that I'm waking up at 6am every single morning, weekends included and I have to put aside my dating time with my bf and boy, work (balloon & twentyfourseven__), sleep and last but not least, blogging which is the worst of all. 

I should be motivated to blog even more, not because of wanting to be famous or whatsoever shit. The reason behind was, I'm lonely and I do things people least expect from me. I can't speak to my bf because she has her own problems too and I don't really know how to speak up. Boy got me into opening up to him, which I managed to do so, slowly, I guess but there are still some certain things which I kept it with me. 

To me, typing into this space gave me the confidence to do so because no one I know reads it (of what I know) yet as I didn't post it up on any of my personal social media platform. I wouldn't know if this post is going to make any sense but I'd learnt quite a lot of things from this huge hit. I was practically alone and scared, everyone started leaving and I have no idea what was I doing. 

Since young, I'm the happiest kid among my friends, I'm so called like the happy pills but there's this saying.. 

The happiest person, is the loneliest. 

And being the only child with no father doesn't make it any better. 

With this busy schedule of mine, I find it even harder to maintain both my relationship with my bf and boy. 

One being really busy and the other will be enlisting soon. Brandon did manage to pull himself over to the shop daily to accompany me since the change of my lifestyle but I'm afraid when school starts next year (praying hard if I were to get in) I won't have time for him as my weekends might be burnt away and he may be tired due to his training and stuff.

Trying to adjust to the changes now and making things better.

8. Nineteen's Bake

Hello!

Sorry for the long hiatus as mention on the previous post, actually I'd also picked up another job for 1 week and right after that I'm busy with mooncakes! Since I'm working on my online application for my uni next year *cross fingers* I shall write a small post on our mooncakes :D

Since it's our 1 year anniversary at tpy we had came out with this value pack!

2in1 mooncake pack @ $36 only!

Consists of 6 baked walnut mooncake and 6 assorted snowskin mooncake!

Baked walnut mooncake has a salted egg yolk inside tgt with our not-very-sweet white lotus wrap with our very own recipe for the outer layer.. To top it off, we added our crispy walnut to add a little bit of crisp (: 

6 assorted snowskin mooncakes are flavours that my mum had came out with tgt with the very pretty look of the small flower shaped mooncake! Chocolate, pandan, black sesame, green tea (strongly recommend!!), white lotus and coffee! How do you feel hungry now? I personally don't eat mooncake but I super like our green tea snowskin mooncake especially when I just took it out off the freezer! Like ice cream!!

We do have individual prices too!

Tell me where can you find such prices for mooncakes and we won't raise our prices too!

7. Long hiatus

Hello my lovely readers! Sorry for the long hiatus and wordy post!

As mention on my previous post, I'm working for my bf(bestfriend's) brother at a 10 days roadshow and it has finally ended! It was the most no-people-no-crowd roadshow I had ever work/attend! But I meant a lot of new friends and learn a lot of things from them and my working partner Ning! 

You might be thinking why I took so long to draft this post right! Because I slept like 24 hrs right after I ended my 10 days 12 hours straight workshift and after that had a date with Brandon and started working again so therefore this post was so late.. 

Been dealing with Chinese 7 month as Bran is working for this entire month at many different places.. You know those getai? Yup, if you happen to see any around your neighborhood you might be able to spot him working as a soundman/lightman! Well, it's his interest since primary school! Kinda proud to see those beautiful lighting while those singer sings! Oh!and I get to do the sound for those singers too! Hahahs, kinda like the off-stage star! heeee

Also, that I'm working more on nineteen niche and @twentyfourseven__ blog that will be linked as a header tab on my personal blog so do stay tune okay!

6. Oh Well..

My work at Popular roadshow is starting tomorrow 2 August 2013 till 11 August 2013 so I assume there will be long time for me to blog whole week.. I might not even have time to send out my parcels and meet up my lovely buyer (Support @twentyfourseve__ !!). Will be blogging more about my small insta-shop that I'm maintaining.Anyways, back to the topic, I hope you guys won't forgot the existence of this small little space of mine alright? Not like I have many readers, but to those few whom constantly read through my blog, post by post. Great thank you and stay tune!

5. 365days with Brandon

We had spend almost everyday together since the day we met each other and now we had our 1st Anniversary. Thank you for every my dear boy.. 

He came over and gave me cute flower because he said the duckling looks like me :/

Thereafter, we exchanged presents!

Actually he bought me a lot of presents especially the whole lot of Pandora but I bought him nothing ): 

Not my fault la hor.. because the bracelet I wanted to get for him from Bottega Veneta doesn't has the design in Singapore :/sad:/ Anyway.. I did him a flipbook! Omg super cute can.. It's my first attempt of doing a flipbook and I'm some out satisfied with the final product :D He wrote me a story book of our love story <3

We headed over to Lot 1 for our Brunch as both of us are really really hungry.

We ordered side dishes as well, the chawamushi in the tappanyaki set is so yummy because it's in an onion! The onion sweetness was all inside the steamed egg! Oh my gosh, thinking of it makes me drool T.T

Headed over to Vivo straight after brunch and we have got really nothing to do at all so we went over to USS since we have the student pass! Was actually quite excited about it because I want to try taking the roller coaster with my maxi dress and see how's the "effect" and feel la! BUT YOU KNOW WHAT? the ride was down ): Boohoo, so no more being a bimbo wearing wedges and dress to a theme park look by everyone anymore ): Le sigh... 

Dinner was at my dream place...

Located at 2 Keppel Vista 

Was so super excited about it because I heard so much from Brandon about how nice the food and environment was and I had seen so many photos of Prive's food and desserts! 

Ordered these...

Penne Alla Carbonara

This was the over-rated Carbonara. It was so creamy and my mouth was full of cream.. there's no garlic smell, no bacon smell, not salty just blend cream, I couldn't even put in any penne into my mouth after the 5th spoon. I had to asked for a change.. This was how bad it the pasta was.

Chicken Tikka Wrap 

I changed my pasta to a wrap and it was slightly better at least, my stomach has food in it.

There's avocado and mango in it with a very strong taste of spicy black pepper. If only the chicken isn't that dry I would have enjoyed it more.. 

Breaded Mushroom Mac & Cheese Bitez 

So blend, too blend, awfully blend. 

Simply Prive Burger

Boy asked for Mid-rare but it came over charred but the beef was okay la.. 

I had a mouth of it and he finished the whole thing so I awesome it was okay? 

Not all was bad there though.. 

The view was good, the service was good and drinks are even better. Brandon ordered Bailey's Irish Cream Milkshake for me and it was mama miya! So nice! Would recommend you to request for more Bailey though but overall was great! Wouldn't go back for the main course again I guess but would definitely do so for the drinks and maybe try their dessert the next time I'm back!  

Headed over to RWS for The Addams Family Musical show!

Can't wait can't wait because it was my favorite television show since young and it was nowhere to be found now! Therefore the moment I saw the poster in RWS some time back I was so excited! Brandon got the tickets like almost immediately!

The opening of the musical was so "addams" you know? Oh my, I almost teared when I heard their theme music being played live off-stage and when the full cast appeared behind the tall gates of the house..

Mortrica Addams (Keleen Snowgren) was so sexy and hot and her voice was absolutely beautiful and she pair of so well with. Gomez Addams (Jesse Sharp) who was the soul of the whole show! 

The highlight of the show for me was Wednesday Addams (Jennifer Fogarty) 

Her voice was amazing gorgeous that I was so mesmerize by her throughout the whole musical plus the story line was about her growing up and falling in love with a common guy name Lucas Beineke (not sure who was the cast who came for Sg musical). 

At the final part of the musical Lurch (should be Dan Olsen correct me if I'm wrong!) finally sing!

I bet everyone was waiting for him because throughout the who show he only "ahhh" "ohhh" in his deep voice and when he started singing everyone was like cheering so damn happily (encluding me)! Wulalal! What a great ending!

There was some small meet-and-greet of some cast.. So I saw one of the Ancestor, Puysley Addams, Lucas Beineke who was very very very handsome (yes I said that infront of Brandon) and Wednesday Addam was there for autograph and phototaking! Wedensday Addams was so god damn gorgeous like her voice and way much cheerful I couldn't stop looking at her! 

Didn't get a photo of her because the queue was rather long and so many tall people were infront of me. So sad fan girl just has to walk away from the crowd and left home ):

4. Granpop's Birthday Dinner

Hello! Sorry for the recent delay of blog posts, I guess I need to be highly motivated for blogging as frequent as possible la else, I'll just nua at home the whole freaking day. 

3 days back, my family actually booked a dinner at Vienna International Seafood buffet for my granpop birthday as most of the adults there likes to have buffet there but well for me, I like it because their food presentations are rather unique.. but otherwise, I find it okay, wouldn't spend the money to go with Brandon because I ain't a "raw" food kind of girl..

They serve quite a huge number of sashimi's and their raw oysters are rather huge (didn't take a photo of it as people there literally snatched it)

They serve like, Chinese soups, Japanese cuisines some of which are pretty yummy, Westerns' and Teppanyaki which I LOVE THE MOST! The cooked the best dou mia ever and they sprinkle hell lots of fried garlic! So much love for garlic la!

Brandon was there the second year with us <3 the previous year he went, he didn't eat much and he ended up having me nagged him for dayssssss so this year, he just wacked the salmon sashimi and prawns.. I tell you, the number of prawns he ate is soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much that I'm so shocked and was laughing throughout.

3. Nineteen's Bake

Hello all ~

Today I'll be blogging about what I have been busy baking in the shop.

Nineteen Niche has been opened since last year Sept.. will blog more about our shop!

So basically, we have all sorts of desserts etc, but because I'm not really into sweet stuff (I usually end my course/meal with something salty) so I actually suggested doing our own bread..

It was my third time, attempting to bake a bread and was happy to know that I was really close to the correct texture of an actual bread :D WAS SO HAPPY YOU KNOW?!!

Below are the steps.. of making my "creative" cinnamon roll bread!

Basically, you have to do the basic for kneading the bread and stuff and then you shape it to something long and rectangular. Make sure it's not too fat or flat else when you roll it it will be quite a tough job to do so. 

After that, spread the cinnamon (+sugar) powder on the dough  

and then, butter cubes (if you don't like it buttery, you can replace it with melted cheese) and raisins.

2. 21st Birthday

Was contemplating if I should be blogging about my 21st Birthday because it was like 7 months ago, and come to think of it, I wished I did not host that celebration because when I think about it back then, I teared a little, but at the same time, I'm glad my friends and family came just for me.

So, from the beginning everything was pretty messed up. Venue not picked, cake not ordered, photobooth not ready, no games, no entertainment planned even up till one month before my big day. In the end, I was the one who got everything ready for my birthday, well, "perks" of being "loved" by everyone. 

Venue was at my dream chalet - National Service Resort Country Club" located at the end of Changi and the day of my "party" was on a weekday (therefore I'm really glad they made it) so, all of them couldn't stay behind as they have school, intern etc to attend to next day. 

Way before my birthday, I went for a mini-photoshoot with Brandon (in lieu to our half-anniversary). Well, always wanted to have a photoshoot for my 21st birthday so I went to iSnap (details up on previous post!) and here are some of the nicer photo :D

Selected some of them for my birthday though, quite like the outcome of the photos. 

31st Jan 2013 was my 21st birthday and I was really busy that day because nobody came to help as they are all busy with schools etc etc.. Didn't have my photobooth done but I didn't really take much photos actually so it doesn't really matter.. Brandon, did a little "footstep" photo for decorations and it was really sweet of him (sometimes he can be sweet). Alright, shall let photos do the talking now! (not in order though)
